In Canada, geography is very important and knowing the names of our provinces and territories, being able to locate them on a map and learning their primary resources helps build smart citizens. Hello Grade 4's,

Have some fun with these Math links!

The first website is called LINKS Learning for Kids. This site includes a great review of lessons we've learned on place values and shows you how place values can be used in your everyday lives - beleive it or not!
The second website is called Fun Brain: Place Value Puzzler. Select your difficulty level to become a super brain just like Mr. Rushton (haha). This is a great game for practicing and identifying place values.
As you know I am a huge Jeopardy fan, so this last website dealing with place values was a sure bet! Decimal and Whole Number Jeopardy. Watch out for those decimals and good luck!
